Delete your Zayn Predictions account

How to request deletion

Email admin@idea-tects.com from the email address that is on the account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request — Zayn Predictions". We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in credentials (email and authentication record).
• Your subscription and entitlement history within our systems (Apple, Google Play, and RevenueCat may retain billing-related records independently per their own policies).
• Your reactions and any in-app preferences (notification toggles, risk preset, category selections).
• If you used Zayn Bot (Pro tier): your encrypted Kalshi API key and the trade-log records placed by the Bot. Open positions and balances on your own Kalshi account are unaffected — those are yours, on Kalshi, and you manage them there.

What is retained

• Aggregated, non-identifying analytics about model accuracy and app health. These are not linked to your account after deletion.
• Records we are required to retain for tax, accounting, or legal purposes (typically billing summaries, retained for the period required by applicable law).

Cancel your subscription first

Account deletion does not cancel an active App Store or Play Store subscription. Cancel via Settings → Manage subscription in the Zayn Predictions app, or via your store's subscription management screen, before requesting deletion. Otherwise the subscription will continue to renew until you cancel it through the store.
